You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and administering Qualtrics surveys, analyzing findings, and developing clear insights for clients and internal teams.
The position combines digital research, UX, content strategy, project coordination, and client service in a collaborative environment.
You’ll contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from research and reporting through implementation, quality review, and client communication.
Your work will help identify opportunities to improve digital products and services while supporting meaningful outcomes for underserved populations.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity offering exposure to multidisciplinary projects and public-sector clients.
The position is contingent upon a final contract award and funding confirmation.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, configure, distribute, and manage surveys in Qualtrics, including survey logic, reporting, and data outputs.
  • Analyze and synthesize survey and user research findings, translating insights into actionable UX, accessibility, content, and digital improvement recommendations.
  • Produce and format Qualtrics reports, dashboards, correspondence, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with digital, research, and multidisciplinary teams to translate findings into practical website and product enhancements.
  • Support additional research and feedback activities, including analytics platforms, usability testing, and other user research tools.
  • Manage project activities, timelines, quality reviews, and deliverables while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate with clients and external partners to coordinate strategies, implement recommendations, and maintain productive relationships.
  • Participate in meetings, document actionable decisions, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and proactively address project challenges.
  • Support new business development through research, proposal preparation, and other activities that contribute to organizational growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital-focused roles, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience configuring and administering Qualtrics.
  • Familiarity with UX principles, accessibility concepts, digital research, or user feedback methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project coordination skills, including the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and action-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, combined with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and availability during core hours aligned with Eastern Time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with work performed within the continental U.S. unless otherwise required by contract.
  • Government contracting experience is a plus.
  • Travel is expected to be less than 10%.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $57,400–$67,803.75, with final compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off, including 8 company-observed holidays and 3 floating holidays.
  • Tuition assistance to support continued learning and professional development.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution and opportunity for gainsharing.
  • Life, AD&D, and disability coverage.
  • Flexible remote work environment with occasional in-person collaboration opportunities.
  • Primarily remote position with core working hours aligned to Eastern Time.
  • Opportunity to work on varied projects spanning digital research, UX, content, client strategy, and public-sector initiatives.
  • Contingent employment opportunity, with hiring dependent on final contract award and funding confirmation.
