Senior Manager, Program Management - Recruitment

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management - Recruitment based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to lead complex health screening and clinical research programs with meaningful impact on patient access and medical innovation. You will oversee multiple initiatives from planning and launch through execution and continuous improvement. The position combines strategic program leadership with hands-on operational management across interdisciplinary teams. You will work closely with clinical, marketing, delivery, and external stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively and ethically. Success will require strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate evolving priorities. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity with occasional travel and significant responsibility for driving program excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee health screening and clinical research programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead comprehensive program planning, including project evaluation, timelines, resource coordination, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across marketing, clinical, delivery, and external partner teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing delivery.
  • Ensure programs adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, clinical research standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead program teams and mentor senior analysts, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor program performance through relevant metrics, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and performance updates that provide clear visibility into program progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Address participant and program-related concerns promptly while continuously improving the overall participant experience.
  • Stay informed about developments in healthcare and clinical research and incorporate relevant insights into program strategy and delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong operational discipline and ensuring programs remain on track.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare programs, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex programs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, clinical trials, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and drive programs toward successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships across functions.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple programs, priorities, and stakeholders independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required for program and organizational needs.
