  • Contribute to the continuous development of service teams, processes, and offerings while promoting innovation and customer-focused solutions.
  • Manage complex customer projects, strategic partnerships, and initiatives related to business expansion or M&A.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience across global functions such as product management, marketing, sales, account management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in service operations and field service, ideally within the power distribution, electrical, energy, or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, electrical products and applications, and service-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success developing innovative, customer-focused offerings and driving profitable service growth.
  • Experience managing complex customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives, including M&A-related activities.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable portfolio and go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in complex and global environments.
  • Global mindset with strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and functions.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
  • Must already have work authorization permitting employment in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary expected to range from $119,000 to $190,400, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Eligibility for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
  • Fully remote work model.
  • Choice of two medical plans, including a PPO option and a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account.
  • Dental and vision coverage.
