You’ll also help build AI capabilities across Finance through training, enablement, and best-practice sharing. This is a remote U.S.-based role designed for someone who enjoys translating emerging technology into measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain a Finance AI transformation roadmap, including opportunity assessment, prioritization, business cases, and value sizing.
  • Lead end-to-end AI and automation initiatives across high-volume Finance processes such as invoice processing, contract lifecycle management, collections, accruals, SOX testing, and monthly close activities.
  • Analyze current-state processes through detailed process reviews and stakeholder walkthroughs to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for intelligent automation.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, develop business requirements documentation, and establish clear project scope in collaboration with Finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional discovery, solution design, implementation, and delivery with AI engineers, integration specialists, automation teams, Finance Systems, Data, and functional subject-matter experts.
  • Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies that support successful implementation of new AI-enabled processes.
  • Establish KPIs and success measures, tracking ROI, productivity gains, time savings, accuracy, compliance improvements, and reductions in manual effort.
  • Lead Finance-wide AI enablement initiatives, creating training and resources while collaborating with internal AI champions, learning teams, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks related to AI adoption, including data governance, controls, compliance, regulatory requirements, SOX considerations, solution approvals, and audit documentation.
  • Support integration of AI and automation solutions across core enterprise applications, including Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, FloQast, and related Finance systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, Finance operations, program management, or technology-enabled process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in Finance or enterprise environments, including AI agents, machine-learning tools, RPA, or intelligent workflow platforms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, Accounting close, Payroll, SOX, and related operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs from initial discovery through implementation while delivering measurable business value.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align Finance, Technology, Data, and business teams around transformation objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
  • Highly analytical, organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies such as agentic AI, RPA, and automation platforms, as well as Finance technologies such as NetSuite, Anaplan, and Coupa, is preferred.
  • Experience with Finance technology controls, governance, compliance, and risk frameworks is a plus.
  • A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is also desirable.

  • Eligibility for an annual bonus, where applicable.
  • Certain roles may also offer equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and professional growth.
  • Opportunities for health-related benefits, along with additional employee perks and programs.
  • Flexible working environment focused on trust, connection, ownership, and meaningful outcomes.
  • Professional development and learning opportunities.
