Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems (CWBS) is a systems integrator that provides aircraft braking systems and key system components including wheels, brakes, and hydraulic components for the general aviation, turboprop, business jet, rotorcraft and military markets. Key Responsibilities:

Leads large, complex programs. Ensures alignment between program objectives and business unit strategy while driving program execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities.

2) Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

3) Develop program governance frameworks and reporting structures.

4) Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues.

5) Coordinate cross-organizational teams to deliver program outcomes.

6) Provide executive reporting and performance metrics.

7) Mentor project managers and program management staff.

8) Improve program governance frameworks and operational standards.

Education and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of program management frameworks

• Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives

• PgMP or PMP certification strongly preferred

•Bachelor’s degree required

•10+ years of project/program management experience

• 4+ years direct department leadership and PMO leadership experience
