Description:

NOVA is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to operate and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure and data platform services supporting ITA AI and analytics environments.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud platform operations and monitoring
• Maintain APIs and enterprise data platform services
• Support security, governance, availability, and reliability requirements
• Manage storage, compute, networking, and identity services
• Support onboarding and sustainment of AI/data products
• Provide operational support for cloud-hosted analytics platforms
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure, data operations, monitoring, and platform sustainment.
• Years of Experience: 5–8 Years
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required; Public Trust / NACI minimum
• Certification Requirements: Azure Administrator Associate preferred
• Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Experience with Azure networking, storage, monitoring, security controls, APIs, Power BI, and operational support processes.

Work Location

Remote work is preferred, with occasional onsite support in Washington, DC, as required.
