Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and execution-oriented Head of Paid Growth & Acquisition to lead and scale patient acquisition, paid growth strategy, and performance marketing across the company’s core healthcare programs.
This is NOT a traditional PPC manager role.

You will own the acquisition engine responsible for driving profitable, scalable growth across multiple healthcare service lines and recurring revenue programs.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the future growth infrastructure of the company.

Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, and emerging channels
Allocate acquisition budgets across service lines based on contribution margin, retention potential, payback periods, and strategic growth priorities
Identify scalable growth opportunities across episodic and longitudinal healthcare programs
Build scalable paid growth infrastructure capable of supporting national expansion
Drive acquisition decisions using:
CAC:LTV analysis
cohort retention
contribution margin
payback periods
refund and approval rates
subscription conversion rates
traffic quality analysis
Build frameworks to distinguish high-quality traffic from low-quality traffic
Partner closely with finance, operations, and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition profitability and long-term patient value
Manage and hold external PPC/media buying agencies accountable to business outcomes, not just advertising metrics
Oversee campaign structure, scaling strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and attribution
Improve acquisition efficiency without sacrificing long-term enterprise value
Establish disciplined acquisition governance and reporting systems
Lead structured experimentation across:
landing pages
onboarding flows
pricing strategy
creative
messaging
channel mix
conversion optimization
Establish testing frameworks with:
clear hypotheses
success metrics
kill criteria
decision timelines
Work cross-functionally with product, UX/UI, lifecycle, operations, and leadership teams to improve acquisition performance and downstream retention
Build executive-level acquisition reporting dashboards tied to business outcomes
Translate marketing performance into actionable business insights
Develop acquisition forecasting models and scaling recommendations
Present data-driven recommendations tied to financial and operational performance
Within 6–12 months, successful candidates will:

5+ years in growth acquisition, paid growth, performance marketing, or acquisition strategy
Experience managing significant paid media budgets ($500k+/month preferred)
Proven experience scaling subscription, recurring revenue, or high-LTV businesses
Strong hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems
Experience managing agencies and/or internal acquisition teams
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Telehealth, healthcare, DTC healthcare, digital pharmacy, subscription commerce, fintech, SaaS, or other recurring revenue experience
Experience with:
