Manager, Pricing & Data Analytics

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Pricing & Data Analytics in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, financial performance, and business intelligence, turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence profitability and operational decisions. You will act as the central owner of reporting and analytics for pricing, margin, and business performance, ensuring leadership teams have clear, accurate, and decision-ready visibility into key drivers of revenue and cost. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics, requiring deep expertise in data modeling, dashboarding, and commercial analysis. You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to identify margin opportunities, reduce leakage, and improve working capital efficiency. A strong emphasis is placed on data governance, consistency, and transforming reporting into a true decision-support system. This is a high-impact role where your insights directly shape pricing strategy and enterprise profitability.

Accountabilities
  • Own and optimize pricing analytics, including pricing models, margin visibility tools, and “pricing cube” reporting to improve price realization and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate margin leakage by analyzing discounting, freight, rebates, and vendor cost fluctuations.
  • Develop advanced pricing and commercial models, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and price elasticity assessments.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) supporting Sales, Finance, and Operations decision-making.
  • Lead end-to-end dashboard development, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and user adoption.
  • Oversee working capital analytics, including inventory velocity, DSO, and cost-to-serve analysis to improve cash efficiency.
  • Act as the single owner of enterprise reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a unified source of truth across the organization.
  • Lead Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting and ensure executive-ready accuracy of all key business metrics.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including definitions, validation, and ERP data integrity controls.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, pricing, FP&A, or a related commercial data role.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business problems into analytical models and actionable insights.
  • Proven ownership of enterprise reporting environments or business intelligence ecosystems.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI or Tableau and strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and ETL concepts.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and commercial drivers of profitability.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of inventory flow, working capital, and cost structures.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership of data accuracy and governance.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action and decision-oriented analytics.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from approximately $113,900 to $148,100 depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives and potential additional compensation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (day-one eligibility for full-time employees).
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick days, and company-paid holidays.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Strong focus on career growth with internal mobility and promotion opportunities.
  • Remote work flexibility for eligible roles.
  • Additional wellness, safety, and employee support programs.
