This role sits at the intersection of culture, brand storytelling, and digital engagement, helping shape how a leading consumer platform shows up across the social landscape. You will own the day-to-day execution of always-on social content, ensuring the brand remains relevant, consistent, and creatively sharp across fast-moving platforms. Working within a collaborative Brand Marketing team, you will translate cultural trends and audience insights into engaging content that builds brand affinity and community connection. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from content planning to publishing workflows and performance analysis. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including creative, PR, and paid media to align messaging and amplify impact. This is a highly dynamic environment where speed, cultural awareness, and creativity directly influence brand perception and growth.
- Manage and execute always-on social media content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring consistent brand voice and presence.
- Develop and maintain content calendars and end-to-end publishing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of social programming.
- Monitor cultural trends, platform behaviors, and emerging content formats to inform timely and relevant social storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, PR, CX, Paid Media, and Creator teams) to align social content with broader campaigns and business objectives.
- Write creative briefs and provide feedback to creators, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high-quality content output.
- Analyze social performance using analytics tools and deliver regular reports on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations, helping develop social-first concepts that drive cultural relevance and brand engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and 5+ years in broader social media or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-platform, always-on social content strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices, with a strong cultural fluency.
- Hands-on experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Dash Hudson) and reporting performance insights.
- Ability to manage content calendars, publishing workflows, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and creative briefing skills with attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
- Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners across multiple campaign types.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and understanding of SEO for social content.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $86,000 to $109,500 depending on location and experience.
