Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and manage data systems that support organizational decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights through reports and visualizations. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Develop and apply statistical methods to solve complex business and clinical challenges.
  • Design and maintain data collection protocols within EMR and other systems.
  • Create scripts, tools, and applications to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate methodologies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Develop technical documentation and reports as needed.
  • Provide data guidance and support to clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (Python, R, SAS, or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Healthcare data experience preferred.
