Warehouse Worker in Lawrenceville, Georgia at Hanes Companies

WAREHOUSE WORKER
Hanes Geo Components, a division of Leggett & Platt in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a warehouse worker, that will be producing an erosion control product in a warehouse setting or operating a forklift to load customer orders or unload inventory. We will provide training. We require the candidate to be a team player. Forklift experience is an advantage but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must be able to follow verbal & written work instructions.
• Be Safety Conscious.
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Order Pulling
• RF Scanner
• Shipping/Receiving
• Flatbed Trailer Loading/Unloading
• 53ft. Box Truck Loading/Unloading
• Inventory Control (Stocking, Accurate Product Counting, etc.)
• Facility Cleanliness
• Be Prompt And Prepared To Work (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm)
• Customer Service (Will deal with customers frequently and will need to display patience and cooperation)

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following:

• All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions and participate in continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures.
• Read and follow instructions on orders.
• Pull stock using proper equipment.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.
