As a Sewer Sales/Camera Technician, you will perform sewer camera inspections, diagnose drain and sewer issues, educate customers on repair and replacement options, and provide accurate estimates and long-term solutions. We are seeking someone with experience in both sales and the sewer/drain field who can confidently build trust with customers while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer rapport to effectively match them with the most suitable products and services
- Perform sewer camera inspections by putting cameras down main drains to accurately diagnose issues and identify repair needs
- Provide customers with clear explanations of findings and recommend long-term solutions for sewer and drain problems
- Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily transferred to the installation team
- Empower customers to make confident purchasing decisions by providing clear, detailed information on products and pricing
- Other duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: Potential Earnings: $30,000 - $100,000+/annually based on experience (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Sales experience required, along with hands-on experience in the sewer and drain industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
- Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
- Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
- Approximately 40% of work time is spent traveling to and from job sites, requiring prolonged periods of sitting, driving, and navigating various work environments.
