- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline generation targets while maintaining high standards of CRM accuracy and sales forecasting.
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level executives across various industries.
- Collaborate closely with business development, customer success, and solution teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account development initiatives.
- Maintain strong sales funnel hygiene and provide accurate weekly and quarterly forecasting updates.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions across the United States and Canada.
- Contribute to the continued expansion of the North American business by supporting growth initiatives and market penetration strategies.
- 5–10 years of experience in Account Executive or enterprise SaaS sales roles, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong experience managing the full software sales lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline independently, and close complex enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client needs and position tailored solutions effectively.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and building trusted client relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales forecasting processes.
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- SaaS industry experience is required; experience within EHS, workplace safety, or sustainability sectors is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
