We are currently seeking a Multifamily Property Manager to lead the team at Huntley Ridge New Albany.If you're a driven professional with a passion for leadership and community-building, we want to hear from you!

Drive Leasing Success:Ensure high occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies
Financial Oversight:Process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies
Resident Relations:Build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs and fostering positive relationships
3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing
1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation Required
