Sales Executive

This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact enterprise sales within the fast-growing identity security and SaaS space. You will engage with large, complex organizations to position advanced identity governance solutions that sit at the core of modern enterprise security strategies. Operating in a high-performance sales environment, you will manage long, consultative sales cycles involving senior stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams. The role combines strategic account planning, solution selling, and ecosystem collaboration with global system integrators. You will play a key role in helping organizations strengthen security, reduce risk, and accelerate digital transformation. This is a highly visible position suited for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in enterprise technology environments.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end enterprise sales execution across assigned strategic accounts, with a strong focus on pipeline growth, stakeholder engagement, and deal closure:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closure of high-value SaaS contracts
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business priorities, IT initiatives, and security challenges to position tailored identity security solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and key influencers across target accounts
  • Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach using structured methodologies to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Lead proof-of-concepts, business value assessments, and RFP responses in collaboration with technical and solution teams
  • Partner with global system integrators and channel partners to expand reach and accelerate deal progression
  • Own territory and account planning, including prioritization of strategic accounts and development of opportunity pipelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene to support sales visibility and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to shape winning strategies
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise SaaS sales experience, particularly within cybersecurity, IAM/IGA, or complex technical solution selling environments:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, preferably within cybersecurity, identity management, or related domains
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with enterprise or global organizations
  • Strong experience engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders in long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with identity governance, cybersecurity, or enterprise security concepts is highly desirable
  • Experience working with channel partners and global system integrators (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and value-based sales approaches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business value propositions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory
