- Lead go-to-market strategies and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, partner, and content teams to develop impactful positioning, messaging, and customer-focused assets.
- Drive major product launches, awareness campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and growth programs across global markets.
- Design and manage marketing experiments, performance tracking frameworks, and campaign optimization strategies using data-driven insights.
- Conduct campaign reviews and retrospectives to improve ROI, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support other marketers by sharing best practices, improving campaign quality, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within software, SaaS, open-source, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong background in go-to-market strategy, integrated campaign management, and pipeline-focused marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals within cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, market trends, and changing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Skilled at stakeholder management, project coordination, and influencing decision-making across distributed teams.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), ecosystem growth strategies, or open-source business models is considered a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, internationally distributed organization.
