In this role, you will contribute to building and scaling a modern financial super app used by millions of users, delivering seamless mobile experiences across Android and/or iOS platforms. You will work on end-to-end mobile journeys such as insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and other financial services, transforming complex workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences. The position requires strong product mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship fast, iterate continuously, and improve real user journeys. The environment is highly dynamic and execution-driven, where ownership, speed, and quality are essential. You will also play a key role in improving mobile architecture, handling production issues, and raising engineering standards across the product. • Develop and ship mobile features across Android and/or iOS for a large-scale financial super app.
• Design and implement simple, intuitive user flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and related services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into seamless mobile experiences.
• Integrate APIs and handle edge cases, including errors, loading states, and production issues.
• Improve app performance, stability, crash rates, and overall user experience.
• Support rapid product launches, experiments, and continuous iterations across mobile journeys.
• Maintain high standards of mobile engineering quality, including clean architecture and reliable code practices.
• Monitor production feedback, analytics, and user behavior to drive product improvements.

• 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), or both.
• Experience shipping production mobile applications used by real users.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and product-driven development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and handling production debugging and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, crash logs, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver with limited supervision.
• Experience with published apps, GitHub repositories, or mobile project examples is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
