Overview: As an HRBP at Fun Town RV, you aren’t just a "behind-the-scenes" administrator; you are a strategic driver of our success. You will partner directly with leadership to align our people strategy with our aggressive growth goals. We are looking for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR matters, acting as a change agent while promoting the Fun Town RV culture and business objectives.
- Employee Relations & Investigations: Conduct workplace investigations, resolve employee relations issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
- Workers' Compensation & Leave Administration: Manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate return-to-work efforts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, coaching, performance improvement plans, employee development, and progressive discipline.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices to minimize organizational risk.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Develop HR reports and dashboards, analyze workforce trends, support audits, and improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Multi-Site HR Support: Provide HR support across multiple dealership locations, ensuring consistent policies, practices, and partnership with local leadership.
- Corrective Action Administration: Guide leaders through employee coaching, counseling, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Travel: Travel up to 25% to support dealership locations, conduct investigations, provide training, and assist with HR initiatives.
- HR Programs & Organizational Development: Support employee engagement, change management, succession planning, and other strategic HR initiatives.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role within a retail or high-volume industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).
- Mindset: A "win-the-day" attitude with the ability to navigate a rapidly changing, multi-location environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now systems, Microsoft, and Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer screen
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs
