Position Overview

Comunal is seeking a Talent & Communication Sr. Associate to lead Talent Acquisition efforts and position Comunal as the best place to work.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, people-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Recruiting Coordination

● Support recruiting coordination and candidate experience

● Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and hiring processes

● Assist with onboarding and talent operations initiatives

Partner/Stakeholders Talent & PR Coordination

● Coordinate basic PR and external communication initiatives

● Search and opener of relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders

● Assist with press, visibility, and communication logistics when needed

Employer Brand & Team engagement

● Support initiatives related to employer branding and company culture visibility

● Coordinate internal and external culture-related content and communications

● Help position Comunal as a high-performance and people-centric organization

Ideal Profile

● Strong organizational and project coordination skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

● High attention to detail and follow-through

● Strong sense of ownership and accountability

● Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments

● Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

● Positive attitude and strong team orientation

Preferred Background

● Experience in operations, culture, people operations, recruiting coordination,

executive support, purchasing,or related roles

● Experience working in entrepreneurial, startup, or high-growth environments is a plus

● Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
