This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DMS LOG | Ocean Export Analyst | Operations & Customer Care based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to coordinate ocean export operations from Brazil to international destinations.
The role covers the full shipment lifecycle, from booking and cargo collection through documentation, follow-up and financial closing.
You will work closely with customers, carriers, co-loaders, transport providers and shippers to keep operations moving efficiently.
The position also involves handling different cargo profiles, including general, refrigerated, IMO and project cargo.
Attention to detail, strong organization and the ability to manage deadlines are essential to maintaining service quality.
You will operate in an international environment where English and Spanish are part of the day-to-day communication.
The role also offers exposure to complex logistics operations and opportunities for professional development within a global freight-forwarding environment.
Coordinate ocean export shipments from Brazil to international destinations, as well as cabotage operations involving general, refrigerated, IMO and project cargo.
Manage customer communication throughout the shipment lifecycle, providing updates and addressing operational needs.
Request and confirm bookings with shipping lines and co-loaders, ensuring space and operational requirements are aligned.
Coordinate cargo collection at origin by communicating directly with transport providers and shippers.
Schedule and monitor container loading activities with suppliers and operational partners.
Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to shipping lines and co-loaders.
Control, verify and reconcile shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
Issue House Bills of Lading (HBL) and conduct daily follow-up of active shipments.
Keep operational information updated in the internal DMSYS system.
Complete the financial closing of shipment processes and ensure all relevant information is properly recorded.
Previous experience coordinating ocean export shipments, with additional experience in cabotage considered valuable.
Practical experience handling IMO, REEFER and OOG cargo.
Completed or ongoing higher education.
Advanced English proficiency for communication with international stakeholders.
Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting operational deadlines.
Highly analytical profile, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Customer-oriented communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, co-loaders, transport providers, suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced international logistics environment while maintaining accuracy and operational control.
