Lead Analytics SE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Analytics SE based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, consulting, and enterprise sales, helping customers turn complex data into actionable business insights.
You will partner with customers, sales teams, product specialists, and professional services throughout the customer lifecycle.
The position focuses on developing strategic analytics solutions using technologies such as Tableau and CRM Analytics.
You will translate sophisticated business challenges into compelling solution strategies, prototypes, and executive-level demonstrations.
Success requires both strong technical depth and the ability to communicate effectively with data professionals, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
You will operate in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, adaptability, storytelling, and innovative problem-solving are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with customers, account executives, professional services teams, and senior client stakeholders to align business challenges with innovative technology solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, helping drive consensus around complex, multi-product solutions.
  • Analyze ambiguous and sophisticated business problems, define opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and establish clear paths toward business value.
  • Discover customer requirements and develop technical sales strategies that position the most appropriate analytics solutions for their objectives.
  • Design and deliver customized product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and rapid prototypes tailored to multiple customer personas.
  • Demonstrate how analytics technologies can transform customer experiences, business processes, and decision-making through compelling storytelling.
  • Develop future-state customer journey strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution architectures aligned with customer priorities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional solution teams and align technical resources with overall opportunity and sales strategies.
  • Communicate and evaluate solution options while helping customers establish decision frameworks, governance approaches, and long-term value strategies.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer architectures and demonstrate how analytics solutions can integrate into their broader technology environments.
  • Support business development, IT strategy, operations initiatives, and executive-level engagements through strategic solution consulting.
  • Participate in relevant product, sales, procedural training, and certifications to maintain the knowledge required for the role.
  • Travel according to territory and regional requirements, with travel of up to 50%.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a relevant technical, consulting, analytics, or sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau or comparable analytics applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a dynamic, fast-moving technology environment.
  • Experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, consultant, or data analyst is preferred.
  • Direct experience with CRM Analytics and/or Tableau Cloud, Tableau Server, or Tableau Next is preferred.
  • Current certifications in relevant Salesforce analytics or Tableau technologies are advantageous.
  • Basic programming experience with HTML and other web-based technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with AI tools and technologies are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, business curiosity, technical aptitude, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Benefits:
  • Base salary of $134,750–$180,250 annually, with location-specific ranges applicable in certain markets.
  • In California and New York, as well as select metropolitan areas including Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington, DC, the base salary range is $148,190–$198,170 annually.
