• Manage jurisdiction-specific shipping compliance requirements, including required notifications, documentation, and records, while partnering cross-functionally to proactively identify and address regulatory requirements affecting products, shipments, operations, and commercial activity.
• Conduct compliance reviews, coordinate regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries, and identify and address compliance risks or potential violations, escalating matters as appropriate.
• Support new jurisdictions by identifying and executing regulatory requirements, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead, develop, and manage Regulatory Compliance team members, including workload, performance, training, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, SOPs, controls, and documentation standards.
• Manages and maintains records of Secretary of State and other required filings and reports.
• Additional projects, tasks, and/or duties as assigned.

What Success Looks Like

• The organization has clear visibility into regulatory requirements, deadlines, and potential risks.
• Regulatory relationships are managed professionally and proactively.
• Compliance processes are organized, consistent, and built to support continued business and market expansion.
• The Regulatory Compliance team has clear priorities, accountability, and strong day-to-day leadership.

What You Bring

• Significant experience with regulatory compliance licensing programs such as Ardent Sky. Expertise in this area preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional regulatory requirements across business teams.
• Proficiency with standard business tools and electronic documentation systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
