- Providing technical review and assurance of designs, proposals and operational plans from internal teams and partners
- Identifying technical risks, weak assumptions and capacity constraints, and providing clear corrective guidance
- Consulting with clients to understand business drivers, technical requirements and growth expectations
- Delivering customer presentations, technical workshops and advisory sessions
- Staying current with emerging AI infrastructure trends and translating these into practical guidance and training across the business
What you bring:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline
- Demonstrable experience in mechanical and electrical infrastructure design, delivery, operations or advisory work within data centres, HPC or other mission-critical environments
- Practical knowledge of AI and HPC infrastructure drivers: rack density, power demand growth, thermal intensity, resilience and deployment speed
- A strong understanding of critical electrical infrastructure, including LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators and resilience philosophies (N, N+1, 2N, 4N3)
- Proven ability to engage clients, lead technical conversations and deliver clear presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking, report-writing and stakeholder-management skills
- A self-starting approach, able to work independently while maintaining delivery quality
- Willingness to travel across Europe and wider EMEA for client meetings, workshops and site surveys
Experience that stands out:
Particularly relevant background includes consultancy, colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, telecommunications, critical manufacturing, utilities, electrical contracting, electrical OEM or specialist MEP environments.
Compensation Range: €80- 90,000 gross per year, depending on relevant qualifications and experience.
This role is home-based within Europe, with regular travel required to support client meetings, site surveys, design reviews and workshops across Europe and wider EMEA.

- The opportunity to shape AI infrastructure advisory and design practice in one of Europe's fastest-growing industries
- Autonomy to work independently while collaborating with a distributed technical team
- Exposure to leading-edge AI and HPC infrastructure projects across Europe
- A safety-led, quality-focused culture across all technical delivery
- Clear scope to grow a senior technical career within critical infrastructure
If you are a senior infrastructure engineer with a strong grasp of AI and HPC mechanical and electrical systems, looking to step into a client-facing advisory role, we would like to hear from you.
