This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Braze Quoting Specialist based in United States.
The Braze Quoting Specialist will support commercial teams by developing accurate, competitive, and professional quotations for thermal processing services.
Working closely with sales, commercial leadership, operations, customer service, and other internal teams, you’ll help translate technical requirements into effective pricing solutions.
The role combines quoting, pricing analysis, customer collaboration, and detailed CRM management.
You’ll contribute to business decisions by analyzing pricing information, tracking quote activity, and preparing meaningful commercial metrics.
The position also provides exposure to related thermal processing services and broader commercial operations.
Success requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across a complex industrial environment.

Prepare quotations primarily for braze-related services across relevant business units, working under the guidance of senior commercial leadership.
Support quotation preparation for other thermal processing and surface technology services as required.
Develop pricing using established procedures and collaborate with commercial, sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Use Salesforce to maintain accurate quote records, track opportunities, and ensure high-quality data entry.
Assist with quote revisions and updates based on customer requirements and direction from commercial leadership.
Work with customers and internal stakeholders to evaluate pricing, quotations, business requirements, and commercial strategies.
Prepare and present relevant commercial metrics and reporting to sales and commercial management.
Collaborate with quality, customer service, order entry, billing, accounts receivable, and other departments to resolve customer and quotation-related issues.
Assist with the preparation of NDAs, long-term agreements, and other commercial documentation when required.
Maintain effective communication with plant personnel, sales teams, management, customers, and corporate stakeholders.
Follow established procedures, environmental management requirements, and applicable workplace standards.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, costing, commercial analysis, or business analytics.
2–5 years of braze experience is preferred.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency with basic mathematics and algebraic functions.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations, entering data, and reviewing commercial information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, plant personnel, sales teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively while also managing assigned responsibilities independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Professional proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Must meet applicable ITAR compliance requirements, including being a U.S. citizen or permanent resident card holder.
Ability to work effectively in an office/industrial environment and perform extended periods of computer-based work.
Ability to perform required physical activities, including occasional bending, reaching, pulling, stooping, and lifting approximately 25–30 lbs.
Ability to work in environments where exposure to heat, fumes, noise, or humidity may occur.
Fully remote position within the United States.
