HOST/HOSTESS

Job Description

Looking for the perfect candidate to assist in providing an outstanding experience to our guests.

Full-time or part-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet guests and escort them to their table.
• Receive and record reservations by phone or in person.
• Check floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Provide information to guests as requested.
• Perform other restaurant and customer service-related requests to guests
• Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked, check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Computer Literacy
• Must have a good presentation.
• Team player attitude
• Answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule
• Work authorization

Experience:

• customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
