We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to work in homes, daycares, ABA centers, and our clinic in Cary, NC.
With 40 years of experience and more than 180 therapists who vary in areas of specialization, Sidekick Therapy Partners is eager to serve our clients by providing high-quality care, so they can become the hero of their own journeys.
Therapy Tree (now Sidekick Therapy Partners) provides speech, language, feeding, and dyslexia therapy services, with specialized expertise in dyslexia intervention and bilingual English‑ and Spanish‑language services. Services are delivered through the Cary clinic as well as in-home and daycare settings throughout the surrounding communities.

Qualifications
- CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for North Carolina licensure.
- SLP Assistants: Must Maintain active registration with the NC Board and work under the discretion and supervision of their Board approved supervising SLP.
- All therapists: must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
- A passion for working with diverse socioeconomic populations.
- The ability to implement therapy using a coaching model approach with parent education is critical to the success of therapy outcomes. We work with families in their natural environments, coaching parents and caregivers with strategies to implement during routines.
- Therapy Tree therapists should possess a desire to work with children and families. Pediatrics is a field that requires compassion and commitment.
- Ability to work independently, while appreciating the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of therapists.
FAQS
- No toy bags are permitted when working with children in the CDSA.
- Full-time caseloads build gradually over time. Typically, therapists are comfortable with caseloads within 2-4 months (unless inheriting a caseload upon hire).
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for CCC-SLPs.
- Therapists are responsible for maintaining promptness to all visits, as well as communication with all members of a child’s care team when there is a change in schedule. Having independent practitioners is critical to the success of our model.
