Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with our without notice.
- Evaluate and engage with customers to expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and undertake a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
- Adhere with local and national plumbing codes to ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are compliant.
- Complete physical removal of existing fixtures and installation of new fixtures/systems, using hand tools, soldering, cutting tools, piping, hoses, dollies, parts, etcetera commonly associated with plumbing work
- Prepare estimates/quotes for installation of replacement water heater and obtain customer’s approval to proceed with work
- Accurately track repairs and work completed in Service Titan
- Procure customer payment
- Submit required documents, photos, etcetera either electronically or hard copy
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities and team meetings to support continuous professional development.
- Drive Company vehicle to Company assigned locations to obtain required parts and materials

PLEASE NOTE: All applicants must be an insurable driver, meaning minimal to no motor vehicle violations within the last 3–5 years. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license from California. An exception may be made for candidates holding an out-of-state license, provided they agree to obtain the correct state license within 30 days of their offer acceptance date. Additionally, applicants must be at least 25 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Residential service plumbing experience of 2+ years
- Must have an active, current Washington / Oregon / California State Plumbing 01 / 02 License
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
