Operations/Investigations Manager

The Operations/Investigations Manager will be responsible for overseeing 15-20 stores located throughout Texas in a Corporate Security capacity. This position will investigate and assist in all matters related to internal and external thefts, cash shortages and various types of fraudulent transactions. This position will also conduct a variety of internal investigations pertaining to allegations of associate and customer wrongdoing. A minimum of 2 store visits to each assigned location is required as well as other travel on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:

• Former Military or Law enforcement with a minimum of 5 years of service preferred.
• Must have experience working in an investigative capacity to include conducting interviews, gathering statements and report writing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with law enforcement, store personnel and members of upper management as needed.
