About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Allison Case Washprep Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Allison cases are properly prepared for the next stage of production. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all cases are cleaned, inspected, and organized according to our high standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be critical to the success of our operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Allison cases or similar products
- Forklift certification
- Experience with inventory management systems
Responsibilities:
- Clean and inspect Allison's cases to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Organize and prepare cases for the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Skills:
As an Allison Case Washprep Tech, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all cases are properly prepared for the next stage of production. You will also use your communication skills to work effectively with the production team and your ability to work independently to manage your workload. Your experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, experience with inventory management systems and forklift certification would be beneficial.
