About This Position
The Marketing Manager leads the strategic execution of all digital and traditional marketing efforts across
McKee Homes' communities. This position is responsible for driving branding, traffic, lead generation,
campaign performance, and company visibility across all online and offline platforms. The role includes
content creation strategy, managing third-party vendors, budget tracking, digital campaign oversight, and
community launch coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital campaign planning and execution, including SEO/SEM, paid social, Google Ads, and analytics reporting.
- Manage website content, page updates, press releases, blog posts, and photography.
- Manage monthly content calendars for social media (organic and paid), and work with the Marketing Coordinator to implement posts and monitor engagement.
- Track and analyze digital KPIs and ROI to adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Drive traffic generation efforts for website leads and foot traffic by community. Provide Quarterly marketing plan to support sales goals as set by business plan. Analyze data/performance monthly and provide changes or new efforts needed to achieve sales conversion metrics to VPSM.
- Manage website content, brand presence and user experience. Serve as lead in monthly meetings with website third party companies. (News, About Us/Employees, Community Involvement, etc.) Creation of floor plan descriptions, Epcon website and blog. Monitor top performing content and boost/advertise as necessary to achieve SEO performance.
- Drive social media strategy, organic and paid, and manage monthly social media content calendar. Curate social media content (images, videos, etc.), either in-house or by directing the graphic design agency or marketing team. This includes Animoto videos for new communities, website and Zillow active listings.
- Drive brand strategy to ensure promotional materials are on-brand, align with company vision and are produced quality/timely
- Serve as company publicist – create, research and place press releases, pitch stories to relevant publications (both B2B – company spotlights/awards and B2C – to reach potential home buyers)
- Research and develop award nominations for McKee employees' homes, neighborhoods, and charitable activity.
- Assist VPM in creation of annual budget; Review/update/maintain monthly budget performance.
- Oversee signage program to adherence with brand standards
- Work with VPM and ASM's to develop marketing plans for all communities, community embrace and quarterly/yearly campaigns
- Conduct departmental L10 and Quarterly meetings
- Support SC silo training on McKee Homes' marketing processes, brand strategy and guidelines, etc.
- Participate in Team McKee Experience
- Oversee Marketing Coordinator.
- HBA and Chamber of commerce set up and engagement by region.
- Consistently review/monitor web reviews and respond as needed; increase/enhance
- Google review participation to receive 5-star reviews
Traditional Marketing:
? Direct all social, PR, and branding activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
? Coordinate with design and print vendors to produce branded marketing materials.
? Manage event planning and collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on logistics for grand openings, Realtor functions, and company events.
? Maintain marketing budget, track expenses, and provide monthly performance reports.
? Support model and sales office setup, including signage and marketing displays.
? Support community involvement campaigns and charitable initiatives (e.g., Alzheimer's Association).

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening,
weekends and holidays as needed. Subject to change.
TRAVEL
Travel is required to support teams in other regions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business preferred
? Minimum of 2 years of previous experience required
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google sheets, or other scheduling software required
? Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
? Valid Driver's License required
? Reliable vehicle with minimum state required insurance required
