Addison's - Bar Back - Reserve/On Call at J W Marriott – Las Vegas, Nevada

ROLE: The responsibility of the Bar back is to assist the Bartender with the following duties:

- Provide friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar.

- Prepare mixes and garnishes

- Stock all glassware, condiments, beer paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation.

- Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age, 1- year of bar back experience preferred. Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others team members.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Clark County Health Card, Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card & Nevada Gaming Registration.
