Heavy Haul - 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm) at HENNIG INC – Machesney Park

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Haul Rigging Yard Worker to join our team. As a Heavy Haul Rigging Yard Worker, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and machinery within our yard.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and other rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment within the yard

- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working condition

- Load and unload heavy equipment and machinery from trucks and trailers

- Secure loads using chains, straps, and other rigging equipment to ensure safe transportation

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment rigging and transportation

- Knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
