Our Henderson, Nevada contact center is in search of qualified candidates who have proven experience in call center sales.

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, goal oriented individual with great customer service skills to join our team.

The qualified candidates will sell internet, cellular and/or cable services to business consumers who have shown an interest in the services. We offer base pay plus commission and advancement opportunities. If you have experience in call centers and are looking to join a winning team with a desire to make an uncapped amount of money weekly, then this is the career for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

Effectively offer and enroll consumers and businesses on telecom, data, cable, cellular or internet products and services.

Qualify potential customers by using sales techniques, overcoming objections and presenting solutions that fit the consumer's needs.

Stay up to date on product knowledge in order to effectively address consumer questions about products and services.

Handle any data entry or database update to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments/ orders.

Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases.

Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 6 months call center experience.

Must have sales experience

Ability to overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch and effectively close sales

Must be comfortable talking on the phone and have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Must effectively work independently as well as with others.

Must pass a background check.
