Non-exempt Hourly Rate: $22.49

Core Responsibilities:

The Vermont Department of Health Access is looking for an organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented team player to join the bustling health admin office. This in-office position in Waterbury involves administrative and technical work such as processing online and paper applications for certified copies of birth, death and marriage certificates, responding to inquiries from the public, town clerks, funeral directors and hospital staff via phone, email and letters, establishing accounts for new users of the Department's birth, death and issuance management systems and maintaining user contact information, processing court ordered amendments to birth, death and marriage certificates, follow up with providers for missing information and data entry of vital events into varying software applications. The ideal applicant has excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and is committed to maintaining accurate and complete records
