The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing most aspects of a construction project, from the initial planning and design stages to the final stages of construction and occupancy. Responsibilities

Provide team leadership, personnel management, and mentor newer staff. Maintain professional relationships among industry partners.

Skills
Proficient in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning. Experienced with reviewing and interpreting construction documents, along with reading and writing technical specifications. Background with use of Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCad plan viewing, and DocuSign.
