About This Position
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing most aspects of a construction project, from the initial planning and design stages to the final stages of construction and occupancy. The main goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. A team leader with the ability to work well under pressure, along with managing a team of construction professionals.
Responsibilities
Create and administer subcontracts, payment applications, project schedule, safety, quality; meetings between owners, subcontractors, team members; project administration and document control. Provide team leadership, personnel management, and mentor newer staff. Maintain professional relationships among industry partners.
Skills
Proficient in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning. Experienced with reviewing and interpreting construction documents, along with reading and writing technical specifications. Background with use of Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCad plan viewing, and DocuSign.

Experience
Background of 6+ years in construction or a related field, and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline. Proficient knowledge of multiple product types and trades. Manage multiple mid-sized projects.

Physical Requirements
- Desk and computer work
- Inspect job sites: walk 1-2 miles, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
- Lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Commute to jobsite
