Clinical Coordinator - Specialty Unit at Holzer Health System – Gallipolis, Ohio

Works under the supervision of the Unit Manager to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care on a nursing unit. Provides coaching, guidance, and evaluation of work performance of nursing staff. Creates an environment that supports the nursing professional practice model. Contributes to the mission and goals of Holzer Medical Center as well as meeting the requirements of corporate compliance, JCAHO, and other regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

· Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and clinical skills required.

· Holds current licensure in the State of Ohio as RN

· BSN preferred

· CPR – Required

· ACLS – Required

· PALS – Required

· TNCC – Required (ED only)

· Specialty Certification Required

· NVCI Required

· Hazmat Training Required
