Material Samples Department Associate
Reports to - Sample Department Supervisor
Part time role - up to 30 hours a week
Job summary
This position will be responsible for packaging sample orders requested by customers.
Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities
o Prepare of customer samples.
o Prepare shipping documents using UPS, Fed Ex and DHL.
o Prepare and maintain integrity of standards and manufacturing folders.
o Coordinates standard folders in preparation of Mfg.
o Accurately complete all required paperwork.
o Special projects or assignments as needed.
o Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing required tasks.

Requirements
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training.
Required Skills or Abilities
o Ability to learn computer programs.
o Good communication (written & verbal)
o Good multi-tasking, problem solving, and data entry skills
o Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
o Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
