As an Armed Security Guard with Precision Security Team, you will assist with all security-related concerns and other requests as needed to ensure a safe environment for the public at your assigned site. Every Security Guard at Precision Security Team owns the client's experience and their bottom line. It is of the utmost importance to uphold Precision Security Team's professional image to the client, the public, and law enforcement at all times. It is imperative that you practice and demonstrate Precision Security Team's core values and code of conduct everyday.

The schedule for this position would be 9:00 am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday, with options to work on Saturdays 9:00 am-12:30 pm.

All armed security guards working in Denver must obtain an Armed Denver Security Guard License immediately upon hire.

Our office is located in Fort Collins. Candidates must be willing to drive to Fort Collins for an interview and at least 16 hours of training.

Critical Roles of the Position

• Access Control:
  Monitor and manage the point of entry to ensure only authorized personnel, customers, and visitors are permitted on bank premises. Maintain strict access control protocols to secure sensitive areas within the bank.
• Perimeter Checks:
  Conduct regular patrols of the bank's exterior and interior to identify any potential security vulnerabilities, suspicious activities, or unauthorized individuals.
• Customer Relations:
  Provide a welcoming and professional presence, assisting customers with directions, inquiries, and any security concerns. Balance security enforcement with a customer-focused approach to maintain a positive banking experience.
• Proper Reporting Procedures:
  Document all incidents, observations, and suspicious activities accurately and promptly, following bank policies for report filing. Communicate effectively with bank management, law enforcement, and emergency response teams when necessary to ensure transparency and adherence to protocol.

Precision Security Team or the client can assign other duties to you as necessary at any time.

Pay: This site pays $25.00/hour. This is a W2 position. Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life, and accident. Colorado is an at-will employment state.

Hiring Process: Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of resumes to identify candidates who align well with our company's needs. Following a successful phone screen, we will invite you to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other relevant management team members. Requirements:

Your application will be automatically rejected if you are not 21 years of age or older, do not have a high school diploma or GED, and/or do not have previous firearm experience.

• ability to use/maintain/operate/manipulate firearm, handcuffs, and other issued gear
• able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
• able to pass company basic hand-to-hand course
• able to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout your shift
• able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
• able to wear issued gear belt for the entire duration of your assigned shift
