Job Title : Office Coordinator / Entry level (Remote)
Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. * Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome. * Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked, ordering supplies as needed. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and shipping arrangements. * Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing maintenance requests and liaising with building management as required. * Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for employees or visitors. * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and ensuring a smooth transition. * Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging catering and audiovisual equipment as necessary. * Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and tracking office budgets. * Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent.
