CARPENTER HELPER

Job description:

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is looking for an experienced carpenter helper to assist the lead on all job sites. Must know how to cut fascia boards, rafters, & eaves. Some job duties include repairing damage to fascia boards, sheathing, eves, rafters, wood siding, decks, patios and any damage found on our customers' property.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, proficient and can work well with team members.

Duties:

• Must know how to use construction tools and other specialized equipment safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Able to work Full time Monday through Friday, no weekends.
• Exhibit an ability to work in a physically demanding environment including various situations that will include high climbing on ladders and lifting of heavy objects.
• Work well with your lead, be organized, productive and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1-3 year

License/Certification:

• Driver's License

• 1-3 years of carpentry or structural construction experience.
• Standard weightlifting requirements - 50 pounds, with occasional lifting and crouching.
• Ability to take direction.
• Understand proper use and maintenance of construction tools.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Good Driving Record
