DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations in a Scooter’s Coffee location. This role builds and leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates a transformative and engaging management style. The Assistant Store Manager exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain a productive and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
