Adjunct Instructor-Pediatrics in Syracuse, New York at Crouse Hospital

Pomeroy College of Nursing at Crouse Hospital seeks applicants to provide clinical instruction for associate degree nursing students with the pediatric patient population in the acute care setting. Adjunct faculty are expected to instruct students in the clinical setting; provide support and guidance; and evaluate student performance of clinical course learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty are accountable for providing timely student feedback both formative and summative throughout the entirety of the clinical experience. Clinical rotation schedules vary and may include day or evening hours.

Job Requirements: Education: Master's degree in nursing required or be actively involved in Master's level degree work. A Bachelor's degree in nursing, current NYS licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse and current CPR certification are required. Three years of recent clinical experience required. Prior experience in teaching or precepting students preferred.

Hourly Rate:

$50.00/hr for Masters Degree

$39.78. hr for Bachelors Degree
