About This Position

We are searching for a Travel Agent who possesses an outgoing personality and has a genuine interest in assisting clients in accomplishing their travel aspirations. As an Agent, you will be responsible for designing remarkable trips for both business and leisure clients to various destinations around the globe! We highly encourage travel enthusiasts and individuals with strong planning abilities to seize this amazing opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research, Create, and Execute an exceptional itinerary for your clients
  • Review each person's travel preferences and need to make sure you can tailor a vacation that satisfies them.
  • Obtain and retain certification to arrange travel by completing continuous training
  • Attend continuing webinars with suppliers and vendors to acquire knowledgeable about certain locations
  • Observe budgets, and organize trips according to clients budget constraints
  • Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotels, activities, cruises, events/entertainment, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
  • Handle any issues that may occur during bookings and/or travel for clients
  • Connect with tour operators in regards to any packaged deals they may have to offer to your clients
  • Part time/Full time

Requirements

  • You must be able to communicate with your clientele efficiently
  • A computer with internet access is required
  • Personal travel experience is a huge plus, but it is not required
  • Customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
