Polysomnographic Technician, Registered in Liberty, Missouri at Liberty Hospital

SUMMARY: Administers therapy and treatments, performs sleep apnea studies and scores, performs EKG. Administers gases, teaches patients, documents care and adheres to patient care protocols. Supports Neurology with EEG's including periodic weekend call.

Required Experience: Recent experience in the sleep lab, performing patient hook-up, performing full sleep studies with and without CPAP/BiPAP, and scoring of sleep studies
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT); BLS

Preferred Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory school; sleep lab/polysomnography program or neurodiagnostics training
