What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our brand forward, focusing on innovative strategies to boost customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and fuel business growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
  • Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to ensure marketing initiatives are synchronized with sales objectives and revenue goals.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute outreach strategies utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing through blogs, case studies, webinars, newsletters, and community events.
  • Content and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, campaigns, and other content to engage our audience and drive business development.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and customer behavior to uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Design and implement outbound prospecting campaigns to reach potential clients and partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine marketing and sales strategies, driving continuous improvement and success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and sales within IT services companies (mandatory).
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve revenue targets, with hands-on experience in zero-to-one implementation of practices.
  • Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, lead-generation tactics, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales and marketing automation tools, with a bonus for experience in DevOps, Cloud, and IT services.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passionate about working in a startup environment, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, etc., is essential.
