YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED ESCROW ASSISTANT

As an Escrow Assistant at Cottonwood Title, you will play a crucial role in real estate transactions by supporting escrow officers in preparing, closing, and disbursing funds. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from processing escrow documents to coordinating with various parties involved in the transaction. You will be the go-to person for clearing title, preparing closing documents, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. At Cottonwood Title, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced escrow officers providing invaluable support and contributing to the success of each transaction. This full-time onsite position in Centerville demands your dedication for 40 hours a week, where your problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude will shine.
