Massage Therapist - Contracted at TEAM FX LLC – Baltimore, Maryland

FX Well is committed to providing exceptional service to Under Armour Teammates at their corporate headquarters. The Massage Therapist serves as a direct representation of the FX Well brand and is responsible for delivering a professional, consistent, and high-quality experience during each session while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

This role works closely with the General Manager and Guest Relations Team to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for Under Armour Teammates. The Massage Therapist is expected to uphold all company policies, procedures, and protocols while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.

To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor
  
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and protocols
  
• Ensure personal appearance and behavior meet professional standards and dress code requirements
  
• Greet teammates and conduct consultations prior to each service
  
• Deliver high-quality massage services, including but not limited to Swedish and deep tissue
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with FX Well standards and Maryland State regulations
  
• Clean and reset treatment areas after each session and at the end of each day
  
• Communicate effectively with teammates, management, and support staff
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of massage techniques and best practices
  
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery
  
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
  
• Ability to perform consecutive massage sessions as required

• Must maintain a current license by the Maryland Department of Licensing and Regulation - Massage Therapy.
• Must carry current Professional Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• Must carry current CPR/AED certification.
• Must maintain required continuing education credits.
• Must maintain a current license and registration throughout tenure at FX Well
