You will partner closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and partner growth. Working in a high-performance environment, you will design and analyze A/B tests, uncover growth levers, and support decision-making across critical business initiatives. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytical execution, often using advanced data models to generate insights that shape company-wide priorities. You will also contribute to building scalable processes and operational improvements that increase efficiency and impact. AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence across key growth and business initiatives:
- Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer insights into acquisition and growth strategies
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product features and business initiatives
- Identify and evaluate key levers to improve user acquisition efficiency and partnership performance
- Use data analysis and experimentation to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Leverage advanced analytics and modeling techniques to generate actionable business insights
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support strategic initiatives by translating complex data into clear recommendations for leadership
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and experience in high-performance, data-driven environments:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or business operations/analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort performing complex data analysis
- Experience working with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or growth analytics
- Strong structured problem-solving skills grounded in first-principles thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and insight quality
- Strong ownership mindset with a drive to improve systems, processes, and outcomes
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high impact expectations
- Competitive base salary ($120,000 – $150,000)
