Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence across key growth and business initiatives:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
2+ years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or business operations/analytics roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort performing complex data analysis
Experience working with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or growth analytics
Strong structured problem-solving skills grounded in first-principles thinking
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and insight quality
