Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Excellence & Strategy

This role is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic finance professional to influence commercial decision-making and shape enterprise growth direction. You will partner closely with commercial strategy, sales, and finance leadership to deliver insights that guide investment decisions, performance optimization, and long-term planning. The position blends financial analysis, business strategy, and executive-level reporting in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will play a key role in building scalable KPI frameworks, evaluating business cases, and translating complex commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving business contexts. Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic financial and analytical support to Commercial Excellence and Strategy teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to measure commercial effectiveness.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, productivity, and operational performance trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align financial insights with business priorities.
  • Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and special projects with executive-level analysis.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations, synthesizing complex datasets into clear and concise insights.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes using commercial and strategic assumptions.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and proactively recommend performance improvement actions.
  • Continuously enhance analytical tools, reporting processes, and financial methodologies to improve efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives beyond traditional finance responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to work with multiple data sources and enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving business settings requiring sound judgment and adaptability.
  • Experience with KPI development, performance management, or commercial strategy is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
