- Partner directly with senior leadership to drive execution on high-priority initiatives across the organization.
- Take ownership of complex and often ambiguous problems, identifying practical solutions and moving projects forward independently.
- Support and coordinate cross-functional execution across areas such as operations, finance, product, go-to-market strategy, and people initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements that increase organizational efficiency and scalability.
- Design, implement, and optimize internal systems, workflows, dashboards, and documentation processes.
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve productivity, streamline execution, and scale operational capabilities.
- Increase leadership bandwidth by managing priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring key initiatives progress effectively.
- Operate with strong judgment, discretion, adaptability, and a high level of accountability in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, fintech, crypto, consulting, or high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build projects from scratch, or lead initiatives beyond formal responsibilities.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute quickly and effectively under uncertainty.
- Experience working closely with founders, executives, or senior operators is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or building scalable productivity systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of curiosity, adaptability, and ownership with a bias toward action and execution.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work independently with minimal direction.
- Interest in fintech, blockchain, emerging technologies, or financial innovation is considered a strong advantage.
